Gordon McGowan from Dunedin

A Quality Management professional Gordon has extensive experience across multiple industry groups; including public sector, small local and large international businesses. He has led the drive for excellent systems with businesses globally and in the process has improved systems and achieved reduced costs of non-conformance in the supply chain.

A major objective in all he delivers is firstly the identification and removal of hidden cost of failure within businesses then secondly the improvement of systems that identify risk and prevent those failures occurring in the first place. With over 25 years experience in mapping processes and integrating within overall business systems he is well aware of what is required to ensure relevant staff are clear on what actions they need to take and where the internal and external customer interfaces are.
